Returns happen, here are the rules:





No returns or exchanges on the following:

  • sale items
  • discounted items
  • holiday dresses
  • purses
  • wallets
  • scarves 
  • bralettes
  • jewelry 
  • all accessories

Online Returns:

  1. Contact Ash and Antler within 7 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back by 10 days after delivery.
  2. All returned merchandise must be in unworn and unwashed condition. All tags must be attached in the original location, in the original way.
  3. Ash and Antler does not pay the shipping for the product to be returned.
  4. There are no returns for sale items, jewelry, bralettes, bodysuits, holiday dresses or any accessory.
  5. We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.

Extended Holiday Returns for Online: Must be postmarked by Dec 31, 2019. 


In Store Returns:

  1. All returns must be done within 10 days of purchase.
  2. There are no returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS, holiday dresses, jewelry, bralettes, bodysuits, jewelry, handbags, wallets, scarves or any accessory.
  3. All returns must be unworn, unwashed and all tags must be attached in the original location, in the original way.
  4. Returns will be processed the same way you payed.

Extended Holiday Return Policy for in Store Only:

  1. 10 days full refund for unworn, unwashed, tags attached and must have original receipt
  2. All sale items and discounted items are final sale
  3. Purses, bodysuits, earrings, necklaces, holiday dresses and any other accessory are final sale
  4. Holiday Gift Receipts are exchange only and only until Jan 4, 2020.
  5. There are no returns or exchanges Nov 29, Nov 30 or Dec 26, Dec 27, Dec 28.


Ash and Antler does not do exchanges for online purchases. 

Shipping A Return 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back for a refund. 

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the product is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped

If you are shipping a return it must be postmarked within 10 days of your delivery date. 

Defective or Damaged Items 

Contact Ash and Antler within 2 days of receiving your parcel.

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipping. If we have missed something and you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at within 2 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund.

We will be happy to replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of a damaged item is up to the manufacturers' discretion (e.g. If a button falls off after two months please contact the manufacturer). 

Sale Items  and Accessories

We do not offer refunds on sale Items or accessories ( jewelry, hats, toques, scarves, sunglasses, and belts ). These items are final sale.
