Returns happen, here are the rules:

  1. Contact Ash and Antler within 14 days of your original purchase date.
  2. All returned merchandise must be in unworn and unwashed condition. All tags must be attached.
  3. Ash and Antler does not pay the shipping for the product to be returned.
  4. There are no returns for sale items, jewelry, brallettes, body suits or accessories.


Ash and Antler will exchange if the product is available, but shipping both ways will be the responsibility of the buyer. We would recommend buying the new item, and returning the item you are wanting to return, to insure stock is available.


Shipping A Return 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back for an exchange or a refund. 

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the product is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped

If you are shipping a return we must receive it back within 10 days of the date the return was authorized. If we receive it outside the 10 day window, or if the tags are not attached, we will not be able to process refund.

Defective or Damaged Items 

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipping. If we have missed something and you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at within 2 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund.

We will be happy to replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of a damaged item is up to the manufacturers' discretion (e.g. If a button falls off after two months please contact the manufacturer). 

Sale Items  and Accessories

We do not offer refunds on sale Items or accessories ( jewelry, hats, toques, scarves, sunglasses, and belts ). These items are final sale.
