Returns

At Ash and Antler, we are all about our customers, and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or full refund within 14 days of your original date of purchase.

The return authorization process is:

  1. Contact Ash and Antler for a return authorization number within 14 days of your original purchase date.
  2. Once you have a return authorization number, all merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached in their original location.

 

Please note we will not take back any item that has been worn, even if it has been worn for a short amount of time. Tags that have been cut off or pinned on will not be accepted.

Shipping A Return 

You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back for an exchange or a refund. 

Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the product is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped

If you are shipping a return we must receive it back within 10 days of the date the return authorization was issued. If we receive it outside the 10 day window, or if the tags are not attached, we will not be able to process the exchange or issue a refund.

Defective or Damaged Items 

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipping. If we have missed something and you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at ashandanter@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund.

 

We will be happy to replace the damaged item if available, but we do not manufacture our products and we do not offer any warranty. Repair or replacement of a damaged item is up to the manufacturers' discretion (e.g. If a button falls off after two months please contact the manufacturer). 

Sale Items 

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on sale Items or accessories ( jewelry, hats, toques, scarves, sunglasses, and belts ). These items are final sale.
