Returns

 

Returns happen, here are the rules:

We have 2 options, please read our full return policy below

Full Refund will be offered if:

  • the item is returned in store 7 days from original in store purchase 
  • the item is returned in store 7 days from the ready to pickup date if using local pick up
  • post marked/shipped back 7 days from delivery date stated by Canada Post.
  • if items have been shipped and you want to return in store you have 7 days from the date of delivery and will have $10.00 deducted if you fall below the free shipping threshold of $89.00.

Store Credit will be issued if:

  • the item is returned in store from 8-12 days from in store purchase
  • the item is returned in store 8-12 days from the ready to pick up date if using local pick up
  • post marked/shipped back 8-12 days from delivery date stated by Canada Post.
  • if items have been shipped and you want to return in store you have 8-12 days from the date of delivery and will have $10.00 deducted if you fall below the free shipping threshold of $89.00.

Any items returned after the dates above do not qualify for any refund, and can be picked up or shipped back at your expense.

All returns must be unwashed, unworn, scent free, stain free, make up free, deodorant free. Tags attached in the original location, in the original way.

EXCHANGES :

  • As all returned merchandise is quarantined for 48 hours, we are not offering any exchanges at the current time online or in store.

No returns on the following:

  • bodysuits
  • sale items
  • mystery items and bags
  • discounted items
  • holiday dresses
  • purses
  • wallets
  • scarves 
  • bralettes
  • jewelry 
  • hats
  • all accessories

Online Returns:

  1. Contact Ash and Antler at ashandantler@gmail.com.  
  2. Ash and Antler does not pay the shipping for the product to be returned.
  3. If we have shipped your items to you, and you want to return in store, we will deduct $10.00 from your return if your return puts you below our free shipping threshold of $89.00.
  4. We recommend shipping it back with a tracking number.
  5. Please include your order number and name.

  In Store Returns:

  1. All returns must be returned to the store within the time frames stated above, there are no exceptions. Please ensure your name and order number are included in the bag. (we cannot search for who's product it is, and they do sit in a bin for 48 hours before processing)
  2. If we have shipped your items to you, and you want to return in store, we will deduct $10.00 from your return if your return puts you below our free shipping threshold of $89.00.

 Defective or Damaged Items 

Contact Ash and Antler within 2 days of receiving your parcel or picking up.

All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipping. If we have missed something and you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at ashandantler@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund. If the item has been washed or the tag removed we cannot offer a refund.

DISCLAIMER:

Returns cost us money, and sometimes there are sadly bad apples. If a customer abuses the return policy, or just plain returns just about everything they order, we can place that customer on store credit only no matter when they return it.

We have the right to cancel any order at anytime.
