All returns are store credit
All returns are mailed back at the customers expense to the address provided in the email.
We do offer local drop off for returns Wed and Friday between 10-12. It is completely contactless, we will also give instructions in the email.
All mailed returns must be post marked 10 days from the date Canada Post delivers.
All drop off returns must be done 10 days from the date Canada Post Delivers.
We are trying so hard to follow the self isolation rules and run our business at the same time. We really thank everyone for their understanding and support.

Returns happen, here are the rules:
No returns or exchanges on the following:
- sale items
- discounted items
- holiday dresses
- all accessories
Regular priced merchandise can be exchanged(in store only) or returned for a store credit.
- Contact Ash and Antler within 7 days of the delivery date. All returns must be shipped back by 10 days after delivery.
- All returned merchandise must be in unworn and unwashed condition. All tags must be attached in the original location, in the original way.
- Ash and Antler does not pay the shipping for the product to be returned.
- There are no returns for sale items, jewelry, bralettes, bodysuits, holiday dresses or any accessory.
- We do not offer exchanges for online purchases.
- All returns are processed in the form of a store credit, that will be emailed to you within 5 days of us getting the return.
In Store Returns:
- All returns must be done within 10 days of purchase.
- There are no returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS, holiday dresses, jewelry, bralettes, bodysuits, jewelry, handbags, wallets, scarves or any accessory.
- All returns must be unworn, unwashed and all tags must be attached in the original location, in the original way.
- Returns will be processed as a store credit.
- The 10 days starts the date of the order, NOT the date of pick up.
Ash and Antler does not do exchanges for online purchases that require shipping. We will do exchanges for local pick ups.
Shipping A Return
You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back.
Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable unless the product is damaged or the incorrect item was shipped.
If you are shipping a return it must be postmarked within 10 days of your delivery date.
Defective or Damaged Items
Contact Ash and Antler within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
All merchandise is thoroughly checked for defects and damages prior to shipping. If we have missed something and you have received a damaged or defective product please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund. If the item has been wash or the tagged removed we cannot offer a refund.
Sale Items and Accessories
We do not offer refunds on sale Items or accessories ( jewelry, hats, toques, scarves, sunglasses, and belts ). These items are final sale.
