FAQ

Things to know:

1. Cancelling an order - we cannot cancel orders or change payment methods at this time. We do not get the fees back from Credit Card companies, Sezzle, Afterpay or our web host when an order is cancelled. 

2. Can I combine or merge my orders - you can use the code ADDME on a second or third order if your first order has not shipped. If it will not let you use the code then your first order has shipped. We will always refund a second or third shipping charge when and if we can combine the orders. We do not refund a first shipping charge. 

3. My package says delivered but I cannot find it - after checking your community mail box, please contact your local Canada Post office. We also suggest leaving a note in your community mailbox with the tracking number asking the delivery person where it is as they say it was delivered and you did not receive it. If they cannot locate it within 5 days, please feel free to reach out.

4. Do you carry plus sizes - we sure do. Click HERE to shop our curvy section.

5. Do you sell gift cards - we offer printable gift cards online, click HERE.

6. Where do you ship from - we are located and shipping from sunny Lethbridge, AB, Canada.

7. Only one discount code can be used at a time.

8. Using Sezzle or Afterpay can cause an item to oversell as it takes you off the site to check out. If we do oversell because of Sezzle or Afterpay , the Sezzle or Afterpay order will be cancelled.

9. Do you have a local pickup or returns drop off location? We do not, as we have decided to go back to our roots of online only. 

10. I haven't received any emails after placing an order? Please check all your junk, spam and trash folders. Hotmail/ Microsoft emails have been the worst, as 95% of emails can't get through the Microsoft servers. A way to fix this is to enter our email in as a contact! (email: ashandantler@gmail.com) 

11. Cart Hold: We do not offer cart hold and items can sell out of your cart. Our website host Shopify doesn't offer this as most merchants do not want this options as items can go from cart to the next and never be purchased. 

12. Coupon code abuse (ie using the new customer code times) will result in either the order being cancelled or any order sent to that address being a final sale with no returns or exchanges.
