FAQ

Things to know:

1. Can I combine my orders - if your first order has not shipped we can combine orders. Use the code ADDME on your second order and it will not charge you shipping and will notify us to combine the orders. Sadly if you use ADDME without already having an order to avoid shipping costs, we will treat the order as a return and will issue store credit.

2. My package says delivered but I cannot find it - after checking your community mail box, please contact your local Canada Post office. If they cannot locate it within 5 days, please feel free to reach out.

3. Cancelling order - we can cancel an order within 12 hours of it being placed, if it has not been shipped. There will be a 10% fee deducted as we do not get the fees charged by credit card companies, Sezzle etc back when an order is cancelled or a full refund is done. We also do not get our time back.

5. Do you sell gift cards - we offer printable gift cards online, click HERE, or stop by our storefront.
