FAQ

Things to know:

1. Cancelling an order - we can cancel a regular priced (no sale items etc) order within 12 hours of it being placed, if it has not been shipped. There will be a 10% fee deducted as we do not get the fees charged by credit card companies, Sezzle etc back when an order is cancelled or a full refund is done. We also do not get our time back. This is a one time use per customer, and cannot be done multiple times.

2. Can I combine my orders - if your first order has not shipped we can combine orders. Use the code ADDME on your second order and it will not charge you shipping and will notify us to combine the orders. Sadly if you use ADDME without already having an order to avoid shipping costs, we will treat the order as a return and will issue store credit.

3. My package says delivered but I cannot find it - after checking your community mail box, please contact your local Canada Post office. If they cannot locate it within 5 days, please feel free to reach out.

4. Do you carry plus sizes - we sure do. Click HERE to shop our curvy section.

5. Do you sell gift cards - we offer printable gift cards online, click HERE, or stop by our storefront. 

6. Where do you ship from - we are located and shipping from sunny Lethbridge AB Canada.

7. Only one discount code can be used at a time.

8. Using Sezzle can cause an item to oversell as it takes you off the site to check out. If we do oversell because of Sezzle, the Sezzle order will be cancelled.

9. Do you have a local pickup or returns drop off location? We do not, as we have decided to go back to our roots of online only. 

10. I haven't received any emails after placing an order? Please check all your junk, spam and trash folders. Hotmail/ Microsoft emails have been the worst, as 95% of emails can't get through the Microsoft servers. A way to fix this is to enter our email in as a contact! (email: ashandantler@gmail.com)
