Welcome to online returns, if you are wanting to return in-store please zoom over to the in-store return policy.

Holiday Gift Return Policy: 

Regular priced gift purchases made between November 14th, 2022 to December 20th, 2022 can be returned for store credit if an email has been sent to by January 2nd, 2022. The return must be shipped back no later than January 6th, 2023. Things not included in the extended return time are any party/sparkle clothing items, holiday-themed items, special priced items and anything else not returnable in our regular return policy ie. sale items, accessories etc. If you have any questions if it is returnable please reach out before purchasing.

 Online Returns

 1. All returns are for store credit only, we do not do full refunds, exchanges or hold products at this time.

2. All returns must be logged into the returns portal within 12 days of Canada Post stating it was delivered. 

3. Returns must be shipped back no later than 14 days after Canada Post says it has been delivered. They do not have to reach us in 14 days, just be dropped off at Canada Post.

4. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer, we do not provide shipping labels or refund shipping costs.

5. All items must be tag attached, unworn, unwashed, scent free, hair free and in new condition. Shoe boxes must be protected when shipping.

6. Items that do not qualify to be returned are sale items, discounted items, special sale items, accessories, sunglasses, hats, handmade items, jewelry, bodysuits, party dresses or any other item we have marked final sale. 

7. Please note, we can at our discretion, make all sales purchased with store credits final sale, for those that are above our average return rate. We can as well at our discretion implement a restocking fee for those returning above our average return rate.

Cancelling an order - we can cancel a regular priced (no sale items etc) order within 12 hours of it being placed, if it has not been shipped. There will be a 10% fee deducted as we do not get the fees charged by credit card companies, Sezzle etc back when an order is cancelled or a full refund is done. We also do not get our time back. This is a one time use per customer, and cannot be done multiple times.

We do stick to our return policy, to protect pricing, our customers and our business. We reserve the right to limit returns, make anything purchased with a store credit a final sale, and add a restocking fee for chronic returners.

Please note if you do a refusal/return to sender on any order you receive/trying to return via mail we will not be issuing any money/store credit back as we get charged with extra fees/penalties from Canada post.
