Holiday/Party/Sparkle Special Return Policy

✨ Holiday Sparkle Collection – Special Return Policy ✨

We want everyone to absolutely love their Holiday Sparkle purchases! Because these pieces are seasonal and available for a limited time, we have a special return window for this collection.

If you wish to return an item from our Holiday Sparkle Collection, please note the following:

  • Return requests must be emailed within 5 calendar days of the delivery date shown by Canada Post. The return portal will not allow returns from this collection. The email is ashandantler@gmail.com
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 calendar days of the original delivery date shown by Canada Post.

These timelines are based on the original delivery date, not the date your return request is approved.

To keep things fair and consistent for all our customers, these deadlines will be strictly enforced, with no exceptions.

All other regular return conditions apply, including our store-credit-only policy.

Thank you so much for your understanding and for shopping our Holiday Sparkle Collection! ✨

✨ Purchasing Multiple Sizes

To help keep our limited Holiday Sparkle Collection available to as many customers as possible, we kindly ask that you purchase only the size you intend to keep.

We understand that choosing the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky! However, purchasing multiple sizes of the same style with the intention of returning the extras can prevent other customers from purchasing these limited seasonal pieces.

If multiple sizes of the same style are purchased and returned, our multiple-size return fees will apply: $20 for the first returned size and $30 for the second.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders containing multiple sizes of the same style at our discretion.

Any cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method.

These measures help us keep our limited inventory available and ensure a fair shopping experience for everyone.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our Holiday Sparkle Collection! ✨
