We’re proud to ship all orders from Lethbridge, Alberta using Canada Post and Purolator. Below is a breakdown of our shipping rates by region.

📍 Alberta

  • Orders under $99 (before tax): $10.00

  • Orders $99 and up (before tax): FREE shipping
    Gift cards do not count toward the shipping total.

📍 British Columbia & Saskatchewan

  • Orders under $125 (before tax): $12.00

  • Orders $125 and up (before tax): FREE shipping
    Gift cards do not count toward the shipping total.

📍 Manitoba, Ontario & Quebec

  • Orders under $50 (before tax): $15.00

  • Orders from $50 – $149.99 (before tax): $12.00

  • Orders $150 and up (before tax): FREE shipping
    Gift cards do not count toward the shipping total.

📍 Rest of Canada

  • Orders under $100 (before tax): $20.00

  • Orders from $100 – $199.99 (before tax): $15.00

  • Orders $200 and up (before tax): FREE shipping
    Gift cards do not count toward the shipping total.

Please note we have put a pause on shipping to the USA as of August 20, 2025. 

📫 My Package Says “Delivered” but I Can’t Find It

If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t shown up:

  1. Check your community mailbox, porch, garage, or other delivery locations.

  2. Contact Canada Post or Purolator directly with your tracking number.

  3. Leave a note in your mailbox with the tracking number asking your delivery driver where it may have been placed or where the key might be.

Please note that Ash and Antler is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
