Returns

We hope you absolutely love your order, but if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. As a boutique offering limited-run styles, we’re unable to offer traditional big-box style return policies.

Return Eligibility

Items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Please log your return into the return portal within 12 days of the date Canada Post says it was delivered, which gives a day or two to drop this off at the mail.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, smoke, pet hair, and stains
  • In original condition with tags attached in their original location
  • Returned in their original packaging with all barcodes and tags attached 
  • Within the return policy time frame

Items sent back that do not meet these conditions will be returned to sender at the customer’s expense.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Bodysuits and Intimates
  • Items ending in .50
  • Accessories, jewelry, hats, and hair items
  • Items marked final sale in their description
  • Gift cards

No exceptions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Late Returns

Returns sent outside of the return window will be refused and shipped back to sender.

Exchanges

Due to fast inventory turnover, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order before returning your original item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours if you received a damaged or incorrect item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible. Send an email to ashandantler@gmail.com with your concerns and photos.

Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to limit or refuse future orders and/or returns from customers with excessive return activity, unusual patterns, or suspected policy abuse. This may include, but is not limited to, customers who consistently return more items than they keep or redeem more than $500 CAD in store credit within a calendar year.
