Returns

We want you to love what you ordered but understand sometimes things do not work out.  Here’s how our return process works:

All returns must be submitted through our Return Portal, located at the bottom of this page.

We aim to process returns within 24 hours of when they arrive.

✅ Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns on regular-priced items that are:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached or include original packaging/bag

  • Shoes must be returned in their original box with all packaging materials
    (Do not place the return label directly on the shoe box.)

Items must meet the above conditions and follow the timeline below.

⏱ Return Timeline

  • Submit your return request within 12 days of the delivery date (as marked by the courier).

  • Ship your return within 14 days of delivery.
    (It does not need to arrive to us within 14 days—just be in transit.)

Late returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee issued as a store credit that will expire within 30 days of being issued.  Returns shipped back more than 7 days late will be donated. 

📦 Return Shipping Labels

We offer discounted return shipping labels. A label will be provided and the cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Return labels expire and cannot be reissued.

💳 Return Options

Store Credit

  • Full amount refunded to store credit, minus the return shipping label cost.

           Note: Store credit cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Refund to Original Payment Method

  • Full amount refunded, minus the return shipping label cost and a 10% service fee.

⚠️ Special Return Fees

Purchased multiple sizes of the same item?
To ensure fairness, restocking fees apply:

  • Keep one, return one: 25% restocking fee

  • Return both: 40% restocking fee

These restocking fees will not be seen in the return portal but will be taken off once the return is back.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges or hold items for exchange.
Please place a new order for the desired item once your return has been processed.

🚫 Final Sale Items (Not Eligible for Return)

  • Sale or “Special Buy” items

  • Bodysuits, accessories, purses, hats, jewelr

  • Items priced under $30

  • Anything marked or listed as “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • All items ending in 00
  • Graphics (all items pressed and printed to order)

🔍 Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • In new condition (free of odors, pet hair, stains, or damage)

  • With original tags attached in their proper location

  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, securely boxed
    (Do not apply return label directly to the shoe box.)

Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to you at your cost.

📦 No Warehouse Drop-Offs

We do not accept in-person return drop-offs.
All returns must be shipped, as our warehouse is not zoned for customer visits.

📉 Return Limits

To maintain fairness and sustainability, we’ve implemented limits on high-volume return activity:

  • If you’ve returned over $500 worth of items in a 6-month period, we may no longer accept additional returns.

  • If you return over 40% of your total purchases in a 12-month period, your return privileges may be revoked.
